Conference Sponsorship

Sponsoring items at FABA is a great way to get your name in front of 1,500 behavior analysts.  Sponsors do not need to attend the annual FABA conference to promote their company.

Invitations for Exhibitor / Sponsor registration are emailed based on their 2018 sponsorship level. For example, 2018 Platinum Sponsors are given the first opportunity to choose their booth space and sponsorship level.   • Attendee Lounge - $8,000
  • Treasure Hunt participant - $300
  • Conference Bag Inserts – $250
  • Note Pad Sponsorship (500) - $600

Program Ads

  • 2 Full Page Program Ads (2 page spread) – $350
  • Full Page Ad (7.50″ wide x 10″ tall)in Program – $250
  • Half Page Ad (7.50″ wide x 4.875″ tall) in Program – $175

Attendee Lounge - $8,000
This centrally located, private room is intended as a place to relax and recharge for conference attendees. We will provide the sponsor of the Attendee Lounge with the private space, signage, advertising in the conference program, and daily coffee & water service. (The room will be available to setup Wednesday evening through Friday at 8pm. Sponsors have the option of locking this room when not in use, if they wish.)  In the past, Sponsors of the Attendee Lounge have provided additional food and extra amenities. You are welcome to work directly with the hotel if you wish to purchase additional refreshments or have a specific furniture arrangement. If you have something specific in mind, we will work hard to accommodate your requests!  Just ask!!

Treasure Hunt Participant - $300
Playing off of the Fountain of Youth & Ponce de Leon overall conference theme, each conference attendee will be provided a large Treasure Map at the beginning of the conference that contains a map of the building, abbreviated schedule, and important information. On the back of this critical map is a Treasure Hunt where participating Exhibitors will be featured with a full color logo and space to place a 1" circle sticker (500 stickers will be provided to you by FABA). Participants are asked to visit your booth space where they will receive your specific sticker. Once attendees complete their treasure map, they return it to the FABA store to receive a FREE TSHIRT! The front of the t-shirt will feature the conference logo for 2019. The back of the t-shirt will feature logos of all Exhibitors participating in the Treasure Hunt.  This is a fun way to bring people to your booth!

2019 Note Pad Sponsorship(500) – $600
Note pads are distributed to all attendees in the registration packets. The sponsored note pads will have the FABA 2019 logo on the top of the page and your logo/name/address on the bottom. FABA intends to print 1,500 notepads. This sponsorship is being offered as a three-way split; each $600 sponsorship of this offering is for 500 note pads. If you would like to be the only note pad sponsor of all 1,500 note pads, please email [email protected] to receive the discounted sponsorship rate of $1500. Of course, this invitation is only available if all three quantities of this sponsorship are still available.

Photo Booth Sponsor – $500 SOLD
Put your mark on conference memories by sponsoring the Thursday Night Social photo booth. Your company logo to be featured on signage at the photo booth location. Your logo will also be included in the program and on the FABA website as a sponsor of this event.

Conference Bag Inserts – $250
Put your company’s message in the hands of all conference attendees by providing a literature piece (brochure, invitation or flyer) or one promotional item of your choice to be inserted into the Official FABA Conference bags. Your product must be provided in full (1,000 units) prior to the conference.    We expect 1,500 attendees this year. Totes are distributed on a first come, first served basis.   If you send over 1,500 items, we will continue to stuff bags with the extra items supplied and/or make them available at no charge to attendees in the FABA store. (Please do not request the return of excess materials. We use volunteers and temporary employees to stuff totes; keeping up with and returning excess materials is a challenge in this sometimes-chaotic-environment.)

2019 Program Ads

  • 2 Full Page Program Ads (2 page spread) $325
  • Full Page Ad (7.50″ wide x 10″ tall) in Program $225
  • Half Page Ad (7.50″ wide x 4.875″ tall) in Program $150

All ads are in grayscale except for the 2 inside cover ads which will be in full color. Trim size of the program is 8.5″ wide x 11″ tall. Ads DO NOT Bleed. Acceptable digital artwork formats are: Hi-Resoution JPG (300 DPI or higher) or PDF with all fonts embedded.

We have added to the already-amazing Platinum Packages this year to ALL include a personalized Charging Station located in one of the meeting spaces (a $300 value!). These Charging Stations were a huge hit last year and we are excited to expand the number of locations available for Attendees to charge their smart devices while attending sessions or taking a break. Additionally, each Platinum Package offers premium advertising space in the printed conference program AND a unique “Add-On” special sponsorship of an event or item. 
All of the downstairs booths are 8’x8’ in size and include pipe & drape, a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and a trash can. $1,100
After selecting your booth space, you will be presented with a few additional options such as:
