General conference sessions will occur on September 18-20, 2025, with pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, September 17.

Conference Registration Fees

In-person tickets are only available via advance registration and have sold out in recent years. We highly encourage purchasing your ticket as soon as possible. A live-stream and on-demand option is also available.

Membership discounts are automatically applied for the following packages.

Virtual Registration (after September 1)

After September 1, only full-price Virtual Registration will be available for new purchases.

*Pricing is automatically applied based on membership status at registration. No additional discount code is necessary. Please ensure that your membership is current at the time of registration, as we are unable to refund the price difference after registration is complete.

Additional Information

Group and Pay-Later Invoices

Some organizations require an invoice prior to payment. This must be requested no later than August 1, and payment must be completed by August 31. Please ensure all members have active membership when requesting. We do not offer additional group discounts beyond member pricing. Click here to request a group or pay-later invoice.

When to Arrive and Leave

Workshops are on Wednesday, Sept 17. Break-out sessions begin Thursday, Sept 18 at 8 AM and conclude Saturday, Sept 20 at 12:00 PM. Most attendees should arrive by Wednesday. For the full experience, plan to depart on Sunday, Sept 21.

Registration Cap & On-Site Registration

In-person registration is capped at 2,000 attendees as determined by the Fire Marshal. FABA will not offer on-site registration. This event is for pre-registered attendees only.

Presenters

Presenters will be notified by May 31. Presenters must register for the conference to attend. Unregistered presenters are subject to cancellation.

Parking

Self-parking is available for $7.00 per night, and valet parking is discounted to $25.00 per night.

Meals

Light refreshments and coffee will be provided. Food trucks and grab-and-go options will be available for purchase during lunch breaks. Click here for more dining options.

Weather/Conference Attire

September in Ponte Vedra is warm (average high 90°F). Meeting rooms are often cool, so bringing a light sweater or jacket is recommended.

Session Room Behavior & Recording Policy

Please follow all instructions from staff regarding room capacity. Phones should be silenced. Due to contractual obligations, no recording is allowed in sessions without written approval from the Program Chair.

Tipping Etiquette

It is customary to tip hotel staff (bellhops, housekeeping) for exceptional service and restaurant waitstaff (15-20%).

Presentation Content and Feedback

FABA does not vet the specific content of each live presentation. We encourage attendees to deliver feedback directly to presenters. Contact information is available in the conference program.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive CEUs?

You will scan-in to each event using the BehaviorLive app. After the conference, CEUs will be processed and released. You can then log into BehaviorLive to view and download your certificates after paying any applicable fees.

How do I request a group or pay-later invoice?

Is there a waitlist for in-person registrations?

No. In-person registration has sold out for the last 4 years. We welcome you to attend online if in-person is sold out. No waitlist requests are accepted, and no on-site registration is available.

How do I access the member discount?

Ensure you have an active membership and are logged into that account BEFORE registering. We cannot retroactively apply discounts. Discounts end after August 31.

How do I submit a presentation proposal?

The 2025 Call for Papers is now closed. It closed on May 4, 2025.

When should I expect an acceptance notification?

Email notifications will be communicated upon review to the email address(es) provided in the submission.

How do I collect CEUs?

FABA will be using BehaviorLive for CEU tracking. In-person attendees should download the BehaviorLive app. If attending online, please log in and follow the on-screen instructions.
