Report Your Concern to FABA's Public Policy CommitteeThank you for visiting our FABA Public Policy web page. We are very interested in your concern, question, recommendation, and praise regarding Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services provided to citizens of Florida. All information that you share with us will be reviewed and can help us shape our public policy actions to advocate for improving ABA services. Our Public Policy Committee is relatively small and we sometimes receive a large volume of requests to solve many types of problems. Although we cannot conduct investigations or provide legal advice about individual cases, we will take action to address patterns of problems that indicate threats to the availability of high quality ABA services. In many cases, you will not receive a direct personal response from FABA. But, you may be included in a notice sent to a group of people with similar concerns so we can work together to solve a problem. In some special situations, if you have provided your email address we may contact you to gather additional information. Please join FABA. Each professional who seeks support is respectfully requested to hold current FABA membership. We need a strong membership base to better advocate for changes in laws, policies, and rules at local, state and national levels. Being a member allows you to stay informed and receive timely notices of FABA advocacy opportunities and related developments. Other advantages of membership include access to special training opportunities, advance alerts and announcements, and discounts to conferences and other events. Please note that membership costs are low and well below fees charged by other professional organizations.
