The Agency for Health Care Administration is inviting our FABA members to complete a survey linked here to help the Agency develop a strategic plan for Medicaid value-based care.
This survey is intended for providers who serve Medicaid patients. It should take about 10 minutes to complete and is an opportunity to share your feedback, preferences, and readiness for value-based care. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, September 9th.
The survey language in PDF format is linked below for your reference, but the Agency is requesting that all surveys be completed online.
